Project Management applications allows the Site supervisors to update current project status in real time basis.

Once a project is allocated to a site supervisor, the project details are available on the supervisor’s mobile device. Using the mobile application, supervisor updates project information including any delays due to internal issue or third party, other site information and current status. The supervisor can also capture photographs and attach audio notes for audit purpose. Using the mobile application, the supervisor can place requests for any material or staff.

These details are available on a web application along with a number of reports and KPI driven dashboards. The dashboards are also available on mobile devices to be used by the senior managers.
