Order Capture Mobile application allows sales persons to capture orders on the mobile device quickly and easily.

An administrator maintains item list along with pricing information. Administrator also allocates customers to sales persons which appear in respective sales person’s mobile device.

After selecting a customer, sales person selects items and enter quantities. There is an option to give discount which needs to be approved by a manager using web or mobile. Once the order is completed, it can be viewed on a web application in real time.

The sales person can also view a status of an existing order for the customer. A number of reports are available for sales managers. A KPI driven order dashboard is also available on the mobile device for senior managers.
