Mobile Service application allows service managers to allocate service requests or jobs to their service personnel. The service personnel get these jobs on their mobile device in real time basis containing customer details, installation details and past service history. The service personnel can then update the service status post service call and also request for spares in real time. This helps the service manager to allocate the pending jobs efficiently. There is also an option to track the location of the service personnel to help job allocation. The application comes bundled with a number of reports which can be customized for individual needs.

The service manager and senior managers can also view KPI driven dashboards on their mobile devices in real time basis.
