The Field Service application allows the customers or service representatives to raise a service request on a mobile device.
It allows administrators or managers to allocate service requests and jobs to their service personnel. The service personnel receive these jobs on their mobile device and can view customer information, installation details and past service history.
At the customer site, they can then request more information, order spare, update the service status - all in real time. The service managers can then take the steps necessary to fulfil the requirements and re-allocate the pending.
There is also an option to track the location of the service personnel to help job allocation. The application comes bundled with a number of reports which can be customized for individual needs.
